Danbury's Mad Hatter Chorus to Perform at Richter House
Five-time chorus and quartet champion a capella group The Mad Hatters Chorus will perform at The Richter House.
DANBURY, CT — Richter Association for the Arts welcomes The Mad Hatter Chorus for a performance on Sunday, Sept. 25, 3 pm. at Richter House, 100 Aunt Hack Rd., Danbury. The Mad Hatters Chorus, 5-time chorus and quartet champions, is a nonprofit fraternal organization affiliated with the worldwide, 30,000-member Barbershop Harmony Society. Based in Danbury, Connecticut the Hatters have been singing since 1966. Their goal is to present quality men's a capella music to an every growing audience.
The current music director is Joe Hudson. The Mad Hatter’s sing a capella music in the barbershop style. Sunday’s performance will feature songs by the Everly Brothere, Neil Sedaka and the Beatles among others - songs from America’s past and present.
