Deputy Charges Danbury Man n Patterson
The Danbury man is accused of driving erratically on Fairfield Drive.

A 33-year-old Danbury man is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated following a recent traffic stop in Patterson, officials say.
Deputy Frederick Mark of the Putnam County Sheriff's Office arrested Luis Omar Torres-DeJesus at about 4 a.m. Saturday. Torres-DeJesus was reportedly driving on Fairfield Drive in an erratic manner.
In addition to the misdemeanor charge, the defendant was also charged with a traffic infraction. He was released and will be due in Patterson Justice Court at a later date.

The Sheriff's Office generally does not release blood-alcohol levels, as they may be considered evidentiary.
