Luis Albarran, 23, of Danbury, was charged with third-degree larceny and fraudulent use of an ATM on August 15 on an outstanding warrant stemming from incidents that occurred during February and March 2013.
Albarran was released on $1,000 surety-bond and is scheduled to appear in Danbury Superior Court on August 22.

Shawn Gartland, 38, of Bethel and Leslie O’Neill, 29, of Bethel, were charged with third-degree larceny and interfering with an officer on August 17 at approximately 6:01 p.m. Both parties were held on $10,000 bond.
