Meteor Spotted In Parts Of CT Tonight: Did You See It?
There are numerous reports across the northeast of folks witnessing a meteor or fireball including in Connecticut.
CONNECTICUT — It's the talk of the internet tonight in the northeast and beyond as there are reports, including in Connecticut, that people have witnessed seeing a fireball or meteor Friday evening.
NBC Connecticut Chief Meteorologist Ryan Hanrahan asked viewers on social media if they witnessed the fireball and there have been a lot of responses.
On Hanrahan's Facebook page, folks from the following CT towns say they witnessed the fireball including in Wallingford toward Middletown, several reports in Danbury, Farmington, and Stratford.

One person wrote, "My son and husband saw it getting off 684 getting on 84, going into Danbury. They said it was AMAZING!!"
