Two Counts of Violating a Protective Order, Harassment Five Times

A Danbury man stands charged with two counts of violating a protective order and five counts of harassment.

Danbury Police charged Carlos Araujo, 25, Oak Street, with two counts of violating a protective order and five counts of harassment. He was charged at about 1:50 p.m. Wednesday. Araujo was released on a $30,000 bond for an appearance in Danbury Superior Court Friday.

This information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
