Two Unconscious Teens Charged with Drug Crimes: Danbury PD
They were founded passed out in a running vehicle, police said.

DANBURY, CT — Two teens were arrested after they were found unconscious in a running vehicle.
Police responded to Pleasant Street on June 11 to investigate and found Jeffrey Bispo, 19, of Danbury and Isabella Durkin, 18, of Sandy Hook unconscious. Inside the vehicle were more than 100 Xanax pills, a digital scale and a small baggie of marijuana, police said.

Both were charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school and various other drug crimes. Durkin was also charged with breach of peace.
