Weather Channel's WUWA Broadcasting from CityCenter Green, Danbury

On the Weather Channel this morning, you will hear some odd words.

"Six inches of snow in Danbury," and things like along those lines. "It's a winter wonderland here."

That's because Wake Up With Al, the morning show on the Weather Channel hosted by Al Roker and Stephanie Abrams, is broadcasting this morning from CityCenter Green in Danbury.

One thing about broadcasting during a snowstorm at 6 a.m. is the show drew no audience to the bandshell on the CityCenter Green. Al and Stephanie were working, so they weren't chatting to anyone.
