3 New Tenants To Move Into Darien Commons

DARIEN, CT — The retail scene at Darien Commons is rounding into shape with the addition of three new tenants.

According to an announcement from Federal Realty, Darien Commons is set to welcome:

• The Usual Lash (1,034 square feet): This business will offer expert lash and brow services. The welcoming salon aims to provide a personalized, confidence-boosting experience.
• GlowUp Nails & Spa (1,708 square feet): Customers can find a variety of services, including regular manicures, gel manicures, powder manicures, and UV gel services. The salon will also provide pedicure services such as spa pedicures, and organic spa pedicures complete with pedicure massage chairs.
• Spear Physical Therapy (2,472 square feet): This award-winning physical therapy practice is expanding to Connecticut and provides full-service PT to promote recovery and performance while offering a modern healthcare experience with no prescription required and most insurance accepted.

"Our overall tenant mix includes high-demand national concepts, new-to-market dining options and now three new service-based uses which combine to deliver a compelling neighborhood destination."

The 122 luxury apartments at Darien Commons are 97 percent leased, according to Federal Realty, and just two retail spaces remain.

Located with immediate access to I-95 and near Metro-North, Darien Commons is anchored by Equinox and Walgreens, and also boasts the best-in-class dining, takeout, wellness, beauty and retail such as Gregory’s Coffee, lululemon, Magnolia Boutique, Molto, NAYA, One Medical, Seamore’s, solidcore, sweetgreen, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Warby Parker and more.
