All-Night Parking Restrictions Begin Nov. 15

Starting next week, the is scheduled to implement a two-phase set of all-night parking restrictions on public roads.

The restrictions run from Nov. 15, 2011 to April 1, 2012 between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. The intent is to facilitate the town’s ability to clear snow during the overnight hours, according to the department.

As of Nov. 15, officers will place warning tags on all vehicles parked on public roads after 3 a.m.

Effective Dec. 1, police will then issue tickets to vehicles parked on public roads after 3 a.m.
