Darien Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary Collecting Items for Troops

From the Darien Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary: The Darien Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary is currently collecting items to be sent to our troops via the organization Operation Care Package. A collection box for these item will be on Main Street of the Darien Library until March 6th.

Here’s a list of sought after items:
· Protein Bars
· Beef Jerky, Slim Jims
· Dried fruit, fruit snacks
· Ziplock Bags— Gallon, Sandwich, Snack and Quart Sizes
· Pre-sweetened powdered Kool-Aid, Gatorade, Lemonade
· Small travel shampoos, conditioners, lotion, soap
