Darien Hockey Star Talks Yankee Stadium Food [POLL]

Darien native and Tampa Bay Lightning winger Ryan Shannon played five questions recently with the St. Petersburg Times about — of all things — baseball.

The hockey star discussed Yankee Stadium food and his own experience in Little League, which he played in until he was 12. 

Shannon, 28, has continued to be a presence locally, fundraiser in Stamford for the past two years after the inaugural event at the Darien Ice Rink in 2009.

The fundraiser benefits the Obie Harrington-Howes Foundation, named after Shannon's youth hockey coach who was paralyzed in an accident 13 years ago.
