Darien To Hold Annual 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony

DARIEN, CT — Darien will once again hold a remembrance ceremony to mark the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks.

Put on by the Monuments and Ceremonies Commission, this year's ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 11, at the 9/11 monument in the courtyard behind Middlesex Middle School.

The ceremony will begin at 8:25 a.m. and last 35 minutes. Since school will be in session, attendees are asked to park in the rear lot.
