Darien Home Market Sees Upswing

Darien’s residential real estate market saw an upswing in activity in the week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- 12 new listings of property for sale;

-- One price change;

-- Five accepted offers;

-- Eight properties going under contract, and

-- Six closings.
