Darien Kicks-off 2015 Home Market

Darien kicked-off its 2015 residential real estate season with an uptick in activity during the week ending today.

Activity in major real estate categories, according to the Darien MLS, resulted in:

-- Seven new listings of property for sale;

-- Three price changes;

-- Two accepted offers;

-- No properties going under contract, and

-- Five closings.
