  • Mom's Morning In: The 's Mom's Morning In series continues today at 10 a.m. with a performance by Tom Weber. The cost is $10 per child per event or $150 for a full-year pass. For details on the series, visit here.
  • Medicare 411: From 10:00 a.m. to noon, drop by the to learn the ins and outs of signing up for Medicare. The event will take place in the Community Room.
  • The Greatest Movie Ever Sold: At 7:30 p.m., the library hosts a free screening of The Greatest Movie Ever Sold. The 2011 documentary is by filmmaker Morgan Spurlock.
  • We've Got Game: Ages 7 and up can come by the library from 4:15 to 5:45 p.m. for a chance to play Nintendo Wii on the big screen. Kids are encouraged to bring their own handhelds.
  • Children of the Desert: From now until Oct. 29, the  hosts "Bana Ba Motlhaba: Children of the Desert," featuring photographs by Dave Hamman and Botswanan crafts. The center is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays.
