Darien Real Estate Slows for Thanksgiving Holiday

Darien’s residential real estate market slowed in the holiday week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- One new listing of property for sale;

-- Two price changes;

-- Two accepted offers;

-- Three properties going under contract, and

-- No closings.
