Darien Sees Real Estate Uptick

Darien’s residential real estate market registered an uptick in activity in the week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- 13 new listings of property for sale;

-- Five price changes;

-- Six accepted offers;

-- Six properties going under contract, and

-- One closing.
