Darien’s spring residential real estate market rolled on actively in the week ending Friday.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- 23 new listings of property for sale;

-- 14 price changes;

-- 18 accepted offers;

-- Three properties going under contract and,

-- Eight closings.
