Details Announced For Darien's 2nd Annual Oktoberfest Event

DARIEN, CT — The Darien Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual Oktoberfest celebration on Saturday, Oct. 4, at The Gardener’s Center in Darien.

The event will feature live music, games, traditional Bavarian food and drink, and German-style craft beer. Food will be prepared by Michael Joseph’s, beer provided by Sly Bandit Brewing Company, and wines and cocktails curated by Sipstirs. Entertainment will be provided by the band Something Fried.

Gates open at 6 p.m. and admission is limited to those 21 and older. Parking will be available at Thorndal Circle, though ridesharing is encouraged, with Uber drop-off and pickup designated at Nielsen’s Florist.

Tickets, which include food and beverages, are available now at darienctchamber.com and chamberjam25.cbo.io. A silent auction featuring items donated by Chamber members will launch Sept. 24.

The annual event supports Chamber programs that promote local business and economic growth.
