New Tenants Announced For Heights Crossing In Darien
New tenants for the mixed-use development in Darien were announced on Thursday.
DARIEN, CT — Three new tenants have been announced for Heights Crossing in Darien, the multi-use development located at 346 Heights Road.
Penny Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) exclusively represented the following three retailers who are leasing over 5,300 square feet in retail space:
- Pvolve: The fitness studio chain has locations across the U.S. and Canada. Their functional fitness method combined functional movements with resistance-based equipment to strengthen the body without stressing joints. Pvolve focuses on building mobility, stability, and strength through low-impact, high-intensity exercises that mimic everyday movements. Pvolve plans to open their first Connecticut location in August, according to SCRE.
- Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids: The children's hair salon (up to 14 years old) plans to open over the summer with its fourth CT shop, SCRE noted. The Sharkey’s franchise focuses on creating a fun and enjoyable haircut experience for kids and their parents.
- Raphaël’s Bakery: Established in 2020 in Greenwich, the popular French bakery will be opening their second shop. The business is owned and operated by Charlotte and Raphaël Dequeker along with their three sons. Raphaël’s offers baked goods, pastries, coffee, fresh breads and sandwiches.
Peter Levine of Charter Realty, Westport, represented the developer.
