Property Sales, Oct. 31-Nov. 4

Three property sales were recorded last week by the Town Clerk:

• 11 Catalpa Terr.: Gregory C. Smith and Victoria M. Smith sold to Brian J. Strum and Alyson L. Strum for $645,000.
• 13 Brookside Dr.: Stamford Federal Credit Union sold to Raguram Kamakshisundaram for $720,000.
• 398 West Ave.: Piotr Laskowski sold to Bjorn Haas and Lena Haas for $1,300,000.
