Road Closed, Dozens Of Outages Reported As Crews Fix Downed Lines
Part of Old Farm Road is closed because of downed power lines, Darien police said. Around 70 Eversource customers have no power.
DARIEN, CT — Old Farm Road in the area of South Trail is currently closed due to downed power lines, Darien Police said.
According to Eversource's outage map, 70 customers have been without power since 9:12 a.m. The company expects service to be restored by 2 p.m.
Police said utility crews are on scene to repair the downed lines.
