• Ability Beyond, delayed two hours
• Elli Lab School at Stepping Stones opens at 10 a.m.
• Happy Time Nursery School, opens at 9:30 a.m.
• High Road School, delayed two hours
• Marvin Children’s Center opens at 9:30 a.m.
• Norwalk Community College opens at 10 a.m.
• Norwalk Public Schools, delayed two hours (according to the school district website)
• Norwalk Senior Center, delayed two hours
• Parkway Christian Academy, opens at 9:30 a.m.
• Room to Grow Preschool, opens at 9:30 a.m.
