Worker Bit by Dog on Sunswyck Road
The animal reportedly injured the man's right hamstring.

A worker helping to remodel a Sunswyck Road home was bit by a dog inside the residence last week, according to .
Det. Mark Cappelli said that the man had been performing renovations Thursday when he left the house to get equipment from his vehicle. As he did so, a dog belonging to the homeowner reportedly bit him on the right hamstring.
The animal was described as a black dog of a "golden retriever-type" breed.

The worker was treated for his injuries at Greenwich Hospital. Cappelli said a follow-up on the incident would be peformed by Animal Control Officer Chip Stahl.
