Sept. 8 is International Literacy Day and Coginchaug High School's English department is recognizing the event with a library card drive today (Monday).
"Representatives of the Durham Public Library and Levi E. Coe will register students during lunch periods on Monday. Any student who shows a town library card at the English office in Monday also gets a prize," English department Chairman Kris Nystrom told Patch.
