2. Transfer Station Open Today The Durham Middlefield Transfer Station will be open from 8 a.m. to noon.

3. Taste of Durham Tickets to this year's event, which will be held on Saturday, Feb. 2, go on sale on Wednesday. Stop by the library to purchase tickets.

The library is closed today and Tuesday for the holiday.

4. Zumba for Project Graduation Core Club in Durham will host Zumbathon this Sunday, Jan. 6 at 12:30 p.m. with proceeds benefiting Coginchaug High School's Project Graduation 2013.
