Durham and Middlefield Police Logs: Sept. 20-27
The following information was provided by Connecticut State Police and local police departments. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Sept. 20
Denair Marshall, 34, 365 Main St., Middlefield, was charged with second-degree assault, second-degree assault on an elderly person and disorderly conduct after police said he got into a fight with a relative, striking her several times in the head with his fist on Sept. 20 at a home on Main Street in Middlefield. Marshall was held on a $25,000 bond and was due in Middlesex Superior Court that day.
Sept. 27
Susan Melissa Glueck, 45, 163 Cynthia Lane, Apt. #D1, Middletown, was charged with speeding an operating under the influence on Sept. 18 following a motor vehicle stop on Route 66 in Middlefield. Glueck was held on a $1,000 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear in Middlesex Superior Court on Sept. 27.
