Fire Company Selling Tickets for Durham Fair Parking at the Firehouse
The Durham Fire Company will be selling tickets in advance, ranging from $5 to $35.
The Durham Volunteer Fire Company will once again be parking cars at the firehouse, located at 41 Main St., during the Durham Fair.
The lot will be open daily from Thursday, Sept. 26 - Sunday, Sept. 29.
Four-day parking tickets are $35 and may be purchased in advance at the firehouse on the following dates:
- Tuesday, Sept. 10 and 17 from 6-9 p.m.
- Sunday, Sept. 15 and 22 from 10 a.m. - noon.
Please note there is no lot re-entry with daily passes.
Motorcycle daily tickets are $5. Oversized vehicles will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and be priced accordingly.
The lot will be open at least one hour prior to the fair gates opening to pedestrian traffic, earlier for vendors with four-day passes.
"Our lot tends to fill up quickly due to its proximity to the fairgrounds, so be sure to purchase your four-day passes in advance," the fire company said.
