Want to do something fun and different on a winter weekend? Come to the Durham Public Library for a fun and whimsical minigolf adventure on March 2nd and 3rd, presented by PALS: Friends of the Durham Public Library and sponsored by Johnson Brunetti Investments.

Fore! The Library MiniGolf Adventure takes place in two phases. On Saturday, March 2, grownups can play minigolf, chat with friends and enjoy food, wine and beer from 5-9 p.m. No one under 21 will be admitted. It’s a great date night and a fun way to spend a Saturday night. Drinks and food provided by Carmine’s Pizza, Hard Hat Tavern, Haveli India, Lino’s Market, and Pedals Smoothie and Juice Bar are included in the $25 ticket, and all proceeds support the library.

On Sunday, bring the kids! Tickets are only $5 per person or a max of $20 per family. Children four and younger are free. There will be snacks, crafts and the minigolf course. What could be more fun on a chilly day in early March?

Last held in 2020, the Library MiniGolf Adventure was a huge success, with more than 300 people attending. The event is organized by PALS, the Friends of the Durham Public Library, a nonprofit organization that exists solely to provide programs, services, museum passes, and other library benefits.
