The 3rd annual Light Up Middlefield will take place on Saturday at Peckham Park from 4:30-8 p.m. This year's event is co-sponsored by the Middlefield Lions Club and Middlefield Park and Recreation Department and features a large display of Jack-O-Lanterns, food and lots of family fun. Anyone who attends is encouraged to wear a costume and bring a carved pumpkin! Activities include: <ul> <li>Jack-O-Lantern contest</li> <li>Costume contest — Adult, children and pets (A panel of celebrity judges will award cash prizes in each category!)</li> <li>Haunted Candy Hunt (bring a flashlight!)</li> <li>Food and drinks for sale by the Middlefield Lions Club</li> <li>Hayrides by the Middlefield Children's Center</li> </ul> See you Saturday!
