MIDDLEFIELD, CT —Due to the recent increase in the positivity rate throughout the state, the Town of Middlefield will be handing out free in-home COVID test kits at a DRIVE-THROUGH distribution area located at Peckham Park on Thursday 12/30/21, between the hours of 5pm -7pm. Residents will enter the park via the Strickland Rd. entrance.

These tests are for Middlefield and Rockfall residents, so we will be requesting that you provide an I.D. You will be asked to wear a mask and hold up your ID for the attendant prior to being handed the test kit(s) Test kits will be limited to two kits per household (each kit contains two tests).
