The Fire Company in Middlefield is sponsoring a Sept. 11 remembrance ceremony to recognize all those who lost their lives on 9/11/01. The ceremony will be held on Sept. 11, 2013 starting at 6 p.m. at the firehouse on Jackson Hill Road. The Fire Company has a memorial next to the firehouse that contains a piece salvaged from the World Trade Center that serves as a constant reminder of the events of that day.  All are welcome to attend. This information came from a press release.
