Rachel worked at Vertucci Automotive with her husband as a service manager for many years but when she wasn’t working, she loved gardening, tending to her koi ponds and caring for her three Akita dogs, Mason, Dixie and Summer, who will miss her terribly.
Rachel and Joe’s relationship was like peanut butter and jelly (Red Bull and vodka), a perfect combination. They traveled a lot and one of their favorite places to visit was Cancun, Mexico. They never stopped living and creating memories together. They were soulmates and best friends.
