Report: Durham Resident Helps Newtown Couple Cope With Loss of Daughter

Noah Baerman, a Durham resident and friend of jazz musician Jimmy Greene, spoke Saturday about the loss of Green's daughter, 6-year-old Ana Marquez-Greene.

Ana was one of the 20 children who died in a shooting rampage at Sandy Hook Elementary School.

Baerman told the New Haven Register that Ana “was an incredibly loving and spunky kid."

Jimmy Greene and Nelba Marquez-Greene are “two of the most loving parents I’ve ever seen,” Baerman told the newspaper.
