Durham Fair: Schedule, Parking, Events, Updates
Heading to the fair this weekend? Here's all of the info you'll need to know.

Only four days until the largest fair in Connecticut once again graces the town of Durham.
So, what do you need to know for the Durham Fair? Let's start from the top:
Regular Fair Updates
Be sure to check the Durham Fair's blog on Durham-Middlefield Patch for multiple updates and press releases about fair happenings. Marketing Director Debbie Huscher updates the blog regularly with new posts.
The Schedule
The fair begins at on Thursday, Sept. 26, running from 4 - 10 p.m. It continues on Friday from 9 a.m. - 10 p.m., on Saturday from 9 a.m. - 11 p.m. and on Sunday from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Patch will be reposting the schedule of events each day of the fair, but for your planning purposes you can check the Durham Fair's website for the full rundown of the events and times (and there are quite a lot).
Ticket Prices
Thursday:
All tickets are $8. Children 11 and under are Free.
All other days:
Adults are $13. Juniors (12-21) are $10. Children 11 and under are free. Seniors (62 and over) are $10.
Four-day admission is $32.
The Parking
Parking in the Durham Fair operated lots is $5 per day/single entry or $10 for unlimited entry during the fair weekend (these unlimited passes are only sold prior to the fair).
Shuttle buses are provided to transport visitors from the parking lots to the fairgrounds. There is no visitor parking available directly on the fairgrounds.
Handicapped parking is available on the Regional School District #13 school grounds as directed. Parking will be at the Frank Ward Strong School on Thursday and CRHS Friday through Sunday. Special buses for use by handicapped persons are available to provide transportation from the parking area to the fairgrounds. A valid state permit is required to park in the handicapped parking lot.
The Church of the Epiphany in Durham will also be offering parking.
The Entertainment
7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27 — Country music performer Justin Moore will be performing. Moore has toured with some of the biggest names in country music, including Hank Williams Jr, Brad Paisley, Miranda Lambert, Rascal Flatts and Blake Shelton.
7:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28 — Country music performer Josh Turner will be performing. One of country music’s most recognizable hit-makers earning numerous CMA, ACM and GRAMMY nominations, Josh Turner has sold more than five million albums and garnered four No. 1 hits
