Serious Injury Crash Shuts Down Middlefield Road: Report
A crash that led to serious injuries and knocked down a utility pole has closed a Middlefield road.
MIDDLEFIELD, CT — Route 157 in Middlefield at 19 Main St. shut down Tuesday morning due to a crash involving serious injuries, according to NBC CT. The wreck resulted in a pole and wires being brought down in the area.
The road will be closed until midmorning as crews replace the broken pole.
The crash is under investigation, according to NBC CT.
