Three Arrested Following Disturbance at Durham Home

Police said a 13-month-old child was present and marijuana was found on the premises.

State police arrested three people, including a Durham resident, following a fight at an Old Farms Road home in Durham on Oct. 14. 

Police responded to 96 Old Farms Road following a report of a disturbance and, upon arrival, learned that a physical altercation took place between a man and a woman. 

Police said marijuana was found inside the home and a 13-month-old child was also present there as well. 

Two people were arrested on charges of disorderly conduct: Karol Ogibowski, 25, 85 Renn Lane, Kensington, and Amanda C. Voiges, 22, 96 Old Farms Road, Durham. 

The third person, Samuel Emmons, 23, 35 Jones Road, Wallingford, was charged with risk of injury to a minor and possession of less than half an ounce of cannabis. 

Ogibowski and Voiges were both held on $500 non-surety bonds and Emmons was held on a $1,000 bond. Ogibowski was due in Middlesex Superior Court on Oct. 15 and the other two are due in court on Oct. 24.
