Abused Dog Needs a New Home in East Haven; At Shelter Now
The dog's owner was charged with animal cruelty, Now the Animal Shelter is looking for a new home for "Carter."

EAST HAVEN, CT - The East Haven Animal Shelter is trying to find a new home for a dog that was badly abused.
On their Facebook page, the shelter says this about the dog:
"We'd like everyone to meet Carter - he was part of a cruelty case because he was left outside in 30 degree weather on a 3 foot chain with no food or water
☹️ His owner has been charged with cruelty and now we want to find him the best home ever! It's hard to believe someone could do that to this beautiful boy. So far he has been good with other dogs and cats. If you are interested in meeting him please give the shelter a call at 203-468-3249!"
