EAST HAVEN, CT — An East Haven resident recently won $10,000 on a scratch ticket that was sold in North Haven, according to the Connecticut Lottery. The resident won $10,000 on a scratch ticket that was sold at 195 State Street in North Haven, according to lottery officials. The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners' names without their written consent in accordance with a <a href="https://www.cga.ct.gov/2025/act/Pa/pdf/2025PA-00112-R00SB-01235-PA.PDF" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">new Connecticut law</a>, which was effective Oct.1, 2025.
