East Haven Animal Shelter Hosts Rabies And Microchip Clinic

From East Haven Animal Shelter:

East Haven Animal Control Officer Owen Little has announced that the East Haven Animal Shelter will be hosting a “Rabies & Microchip Clinic” on Sunday June 12th from 1 pm until 3 pm. It will be held at the East Haven Shelter at 183 Commerce Street. The cost of the rabies vaccine will be $ 15 and the Microchip is for $ 35 per animal (cash only).

Officer Little reminds owners that dogs must be on leashes and cats secured in carriers. All towns require dogs to be licensed during the month of June each year and each dog owner must present proof of a current rabies vaccination. For further information, residents may call 203-468-3249
