East Haven Pickleball Courts Open At Site Of Former Skate Park

EAST HAVEN, CT — What was an idea in 2023 is a reality in 2024. And the first night, "the courts were packed," officials said.
"They look amazing," said East Haven Mayor Joseph A. Carfora. "It’s a great feeling seeing these recreational projects for our community come to life. Next up, the basketball court and a new ADA playground."
The pickleball court is at 67 Hudson St., former home of the town's shuttered skate park.
