East Haven Police Arrests: Arson, DUI, Criminal Violation of a Protective Order

Ann Marie Maldonado, 35, of Downing Road in New Haven, was charged Dec. 31 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of license plate and driving with no insurance. No bond amount was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 9. Arresting officer: Michael Jobes. 

Dennis W. Bickford, 48, of Thompson Street in East Haven, was charged Dec. 31 with disorderly conduct, criminal violation of a protective order and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $1,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 2. Arresting officer: Monique S. Colbert.

Gregory Anthony Perez, 35, of Third Avenue in West Haven, was charged Dec. 29 with evading responsibility. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 9. Arresting officer: Vincent Ferrara.

Anthony Toscano, 24, of Sorrento Avenue in East Haven, was charged Dec. 29 with criminal violation of a protective order. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 30. Arresting officer: Vincent Ferrara.

Darren Lawrence Bennett, 30, of Silver Sands Road in East Haven, was charged Dec. 29 with injury/risk/impairing the morals of a minor, disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening. A bond amount of $25,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 30. Arresting officer: Robert Nappe.

Adriana Orozco, 35, of State Street in New Haven, was charged Dec. 28 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence, failure to drive in the right lane, injury/risk/impairing the morals of minors, operating a motor vehicle without a license and interfering with a police officer. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 8. Arresting officer: Franshesca Ojeda. 

Russell Allen Hixson, 20, of Lenox Street in East Haven, was charged Dec. 26 with third-degree arson, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerment. A bond amount of $75,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 27. Arresting officer: Kevin P. Klarman.

Richard Joseph Mosco, 58, of High Street in East Haven, was charged Dec. 25 with second-degree violation of the conditions of release. A bond amount of $50,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 26. Arresting officer: David Olson.
