East Haven Police Arrests: DUI, Stalking, Criminal Violation of a Protective Order
The following arrest information was provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Samuel Arlington Tomlinson, 18, of West River Street in Milford, was charged Nov. 17 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, reckless driving, disobeying an officer's signal the first time, ATV/snowmobile failure to stop, operating an ATV on a public highway and first-degree reckless endangerment. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 27. Arresting officer: Shirley Conyers.
Timothy Neak, 27, of North High Street in East Haven, was charged Nov. 16 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence, driving in an improper lane, failure to keep drugs in original container and possession of narcotics. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 27. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.
Emily Lauren Martone, 27, of East Main Street in East Haven, was charged Nov. 16 with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, first-degree stalking and two counts of criminal violation of a protective order. A total bond amount of $7,500 was set and she was scheduled to be in court Nov. 18. Arresting officer: Franschesca Ojeda.

Darrisha Monae Sellers, 24, of Cedar Hill Avenue in New Haven, was charged Nov. 15 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $500 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 27. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.
Emily Lauren Marton, 27, of East Main Street in East Haven, was charged Nov. 13 with criminal violation of a protective order. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 14. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.
