East Haven Police Arrests: Strangulation, Breach of Peace, Threatening
The following arrest information was provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Leyson E. Vazquez, 24, of Anthony Drive in New Haven, was charged Nov. 1 with second-degree breach of peace. No bond amount was set he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 13. Arresting officer: Mark Fitzgerald.
Melissa Jean Parsons, 31, of Massachusetts Avenue in East Haven, was charged Nov. 1 with risk of injury, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 4. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.
Gary Wayne Nettleton, 56, of Main Street in East Haven, was charged Nov. 1 with second-degree failure to appear. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day.

Tara DiCapura, 41, of Sleepy Hollow Circle in East Haven, was charged Oct. 31 with second-degree breach of peace. A bond amount of $1,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 6. Arresting officer: Shirley Conyers.
Michael Parrino, 22, of Naugauck Street in East Haven, was charged Oct. 31 with fifth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $1,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 6. Arresting officer: Shirley Conyers.

Lawrence James Allen, 24, of Vista Drive in East Haven, was charged Oct. 31 with second-degree failure to appear, two separate counts of first-degree failure to appear, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault of a victim more than 60 years of age or disabled. A total bond amount of $20,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 1. Arresting officers: Ryan Gorman.
Michael E. Perry, 48, of Light House Road in New Haven, was charged Oct. 30 with second-degree threatening. A bond amount of $5,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 31. Arresting officer: David Torello.
David Badorek, 21, was charged Oct. 30 with fourth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 6. Arresting officer: David Maio.
