East Haven police logs, Nov. 15-21:

Nov. 15

Irene Raney Vitagliano, 46, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Nov. 16

Greta Bator, 36, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment, and second-degree breach of peace.

Michael Joseph Torello, 24, of Hamden, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree breach of peace and reckless driving.

Nov. 18

Omar Chacon, 21, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening.

Nov. 20

Pernell E. Hoggard, 45, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal attempt burglary, and possession of a controlled substance.

Joey J. Diaz, 24, of New Haven, was charged with sale of hallucinogenic substance.

Mitchell T. McGibony, 30, of Hamden, was charged with third-degree strangulation/suffocation, use of vehicle without permission, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Nov. 21

Omar Capo, 45, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Keith Michael Delano, 50, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
