Timothy R. Pratt, 34, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree assault, second-degree strangulation/suffocation, second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree threatening/physical threat, and disorderly conduct.

Patrice Cartagena, 27, of Waterbury, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Ioan Stan, 64, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Oct. 17
Jonathan Mateo, 26, of Meriden, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, and disorderly conduct.
Jullian J. Tristanis, 21, of West Haven, was charged with first-degree threatening/armed, displayed firearm, first-degree reckless endangerment, and second-degree breach of peace.
Oct. 18
Raven Simone Hardy, 33, of Hartford, was charged with criminal impersonation and interfering with an officer.
Jose Valentin Duran-Castillo, 41, of Phillipsburg, NJ, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, violation of a protective order, assaulting a public safety officer, second-degree breach of peace, and interfering with an officer.
Oct. 19
Michael Ferrara, 48, of Hamden, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.
Oct. 20
Leon R. Jette, 57, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree threatening/armed, displayed firearm, risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.
Oct. 21
Benson Allistar Ford, 18, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.
