Anthony Dagostino, 37, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order.

Corey Baker, 46, of Hamden, was charged with risk of injury to a child and fourth-degree sexual assault.

Oct. 19

Philip Rao, 60, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Kevin Anthony Long, 42, of North Babylon, NY, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.

Nicole Fortune, 41, of Milford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and use of drug paraphernalia.

Wayne F. Gdovin, 53, of Meriden, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Steven M. Tortora, 63, of Middlebury, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Maurice Ford, 20, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Oct. 21

Nelson Vidro, 45, listed by police as homeless, was charged with interfering with an officer.

Luz Danelly Soto-Tapias, 40, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Oct. 22

Ivan A. Torres, 33, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Jaime Rocha-Olivares, 34, listed by police as homeless, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Oct. 24

Frank M. Papa, 54, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Joseph F. Hopkinson, 42, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
