Robert Thomas Northrop, 31, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, violation of a protective order and violation of probation.

Dawn M. Mansfield, 45, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree failure to appear.

Michael A. Gaetano, 44, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and sixth-degree larceny.

Oct. 27

Daniel Paul Frizell, 36, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Oct. 28

Christopher Joseph Rea, 52, of East Haven, was charged with negligent storage of a firearm and disorderly conduct.

Kelly Ann Apuzzo, 34, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault, negligent storage of a firearm and disorderly conduct.

John Joseph Finelli, 49, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Carolann K. Mansfield, 56, of Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Erica Ashley Bruno, 29, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Jesus Omar Alvarez, 29, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Raynaldo Morales, 36, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
