Oct. 30

Priscilla Andrea Moreno Guaman, 32, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Oct. 31

Robert Rintoul, 54, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order.

Victor Guadalupe, 44, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree criminal mischief.

Nov. 1

Mohamed A. Hosny, 23, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree criminal attempt/burglary.

Nov. 2

Elijah Jackson, 23, of Hamden, was charged with cruelty to animals.

Nov. 5

Michael J. Moody, 36, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
