Kirk Bell, 33, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, first offense and violation of probation.

Sept. 29

Megan Rose Phillips, 26, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Ronneshia R. Smith, 32, of Hamden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Sept. 30

Robert T. Northrop, 31, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Oct. 1

Raymond L. Stevenson, 32, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Shadi Shahoud, 44, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Oct. 2

Abigail Wilson, 23, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Eusebio Chilel-Ramirez, 39, of Wallingford, was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

Oct. 3

Jonathan Ralph Finkle, 36, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order.
